Please allow up to 2 working days for us to process your order. The below timeframes are from the dispatch date, and you will receive an email as soon as your parcel is on its way to you.

    1. Delivery times are an approximate guide only.
    2. A physical address where a delivery can be signed for between 9am and 5pm needs to be provided when placing an order. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.
    3. Postage and handling charges include a tracking number and insurance. You will be emailed these details once your order has been dispatched.
    4. For international order, please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. 5tkt.com takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied. Your order is shipped on a ddu (delivery duty unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. The international carrier may invoice you for the local taxes and duties, or you may have to deal with local customs directly to organise payment and release of your package.
    5. If an item is held for 5 days at customs or with the delivery provider with no response from the recipient it will be sent back to us, and the cost of this return postage will be deducted from the refund of the item.

     

      EASY 7 DAY RETURNS

      We understand that sometimes, it may be tricky to get the correct size and fit while shopping online. Please do refer to our sizing guide for detailed instructions before you finalise your purchase. 
      1. We will give a 100% refund or exchange on full price purchases. Items purchased on end of season sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, hence please chose carefully.
      2. The garment shall be in its original condition - unused, unwashed and unaltered with all correct tags present.
      3. If you would like to exchange or return a purchase please contact us at Kriti@5tkt.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
      4. We will provide you with a return number and instructions on returning the garment. Returns will not be accepted without a return number.
      5. The shipping costs to 5TKT for an exchange or refund will be covered by the customer unless the garment is faulty or incorrect.
      6. The returned garments are the customer's responsibility until they reach us. Therefore, we highly recommend using a registered post service and keeping record of the tracking details.
      7. Once we received the returned items, these will be checked to make sure they are in the original condition - unused, unwashed and unaltered with all correct tags present. Once the garment has been looked over, a replacement will be dispatched at the cost of 5TKT, and an email will be sent with relevant tracking information. In the event of a refund, we will contact you to discuss how this will be transferred.
      8. In few odd cases, exchange or refund may be declined if the garment has not reached us in its original condition. 
      9. Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. 5TKT takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase / returns should local taxes or duties be applied.

      Shopping online at 5tkt.com is easy. For existing customers, go to my account and simply sign in with your email address and password and proceed to the checkout page. For new customers, enter your first and last name, and your email address, then choose a password that is at least 6 characters long. You will next be asked to provide your shipping and billing details, then your payment details at the payment page.

      CURRENCY

      All prices are shown in NZ Dollars.

      1. Payment can be made via Paypal and or through a secured payment gateway for debit/credit cards.
      2. 5TKT takes every precaution to make the site as safe as possible. We do not hold any payment details on record.

      STOCK AVAILABILITY

      Should you wish to place a special order of a sold out item or from a previous season please contact us directly to enquire about this at Kriti@5tkt.com.

        Please choose the purchase of sale items carefully as these cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange unless faulty.

          GARMENT REPRESENTATION

          We try our best to provide the most accurate descriptions, images and colour representation for all of our garments however please be aware that images may appear differently on different screens. Please feel free to contact us should you have further questions about the details of a particular garment.

            CANCELLATION

            Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. Please select carefully before placing an order. If you refuse any shipments from 5TKT.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to 5TKT. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We are unable to refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax / duty for import to delivery destinations outside New Zealand.

              RETURNS

              Please refer to our returns page for our return policy. Please note that should you wish to return a garment purchased through our online store, you must email us at Kriti@5tkt.com to obtain a return number before the garment is sent back.

                All personal information collected through this site is collected for the use of 5TKT.com only. Any information collected will only be used to process and complete your order. We will not distribute your information to any third parties that are not directly involved with the processing of your order. (please note that addresses will be given to courier companies so that delivery can be made of your purchase). If you register with 5TKT.com you may receive email updates from us. Should you wish to unsubscribe from these at any stage please click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.
